If you recently moved to iPhone, you may remember (In great waves of nostalgia) Google Now Offline every time you lose network signal (Though it is almost impossible these days), and see that “Siri not available” message. You will almost certainly have wished that iOS had something like this too. “Well”, you will probably think, “There IS Voice control, but I don’t want to have to reset Siri. She knows me so WELL now.”

Well, did you know you can activate Voice Control WITHOUT disabling Siri? Hey, neither did I until a few weeks ago…

Begin!

To Start, go to the home screen and open Settings

tap General

tap Accessibility

Scroll down and tap Home Button

Then tap Voice Control

Done! You can now control your iPhone with your voice without an internet connection. Sadly, it doesn’t change as soon as you disconnect from the internet, and you can’t say “OK Apple” or anything, but that’s how it’s done!
