With Apple Notes, you can collaborate live with anyone who has an Apple ID. Let’s take a look at how to do this.

First, open Notes. Make sure the note you want to use is in the iCloud folder. If you need to move it, simply click Edit in the top-right corner and then select it, and click Move To.

Once your note is in your iCloud folder, a Button will appear in in the top-right, just to the left of the Share button. It kinda looks like the Contacts icon, with a +. IMG_7477Tap it, and a list of sharing options will appear. Let’s choose Messages, for the purposes.IMG_7478Now, enter the recipient’s name. If you already have a conversation with them, it will send to that conversation. IMG_7479All they need to do is tap the link, and they’ll automatically be added, and will be able to edit the note in real-time.

Will you be using this feature? Let me know in the comments!

  1. Hello! I know this is kinda off topic however I’d figured I’d ask. Would you be interested in exchanging links or maybe guest authoring a blog post or vice-versa? My site addresses a lot of the same subjects as yours and I think we could greatly benefit from each other. If you happen to be interested feel free to send me an email. I look forward to hearing from you! Great blog by the way!
